As science has developed, it has become increasingly
compartmentalized. This may make the operation of each discipline
more efficient, but we run the risk that the profession may not
be responding to challenges that do not fit neatly into the matrix
of present-day science.
The international Journal of Scientific Exploration
was established in 1987 to provide a professional forum
for the presentation, scrutiny and criticism of scientific research
on topics outside the established disciplines of mainstream science.
JSE is the official research journal of the Society of Scientific
Exporation (founded in 1982).
"The Society and its Journal provide a critical
forum of rationality and observational evidence for the often
strange claims at the fringes of science."
Yervant Terzian, Professor of Astronomy and founding member
of the Society.
"Advances are made by answering questions.
Discoveries are made by questioning answers."
Bernard Haisch, Astrophysicist and past Editor of the
Journal of Scientific Exploration
All topics may be considered for the Journal; however,
the investigations must conform to criteria of academic excellence.
Many articles from earlier volumes of the JSE are available in
the articles section.
New JSE abstracts, book reviews, and selected articles
will be updated on an on-going basis.
