SSE European Representative Ezio Insinna will chair the Program Committee, which consists of Dick Bierman, Chris Duif, and Brenda Dunne. The theme of the meeting will be Unorthodox Science: Past, Present, and Future.

THEMES and SPEAKERS

A number of distinguished scholars have been invited to speak on the theme: Unorthodox Science: Past, Present and Future.

The following invited speakers are confirmed:

J. Benveniste (France): From "water memory" effects to "digital biology."
S.J. Doorman (Dutch Skeptical Society): On the future of unorthodox science.
M. Kondrashova: Negative air ions and reactive oxygen species.Unorthodox mechanism of cure effect.
F.H. van Lunteren (Univ. Utrecht, Netherlands): Extraterrestrial life and hyperphysical phenomena: A historical approach to unorthodox science.
L. Pyatnitsky (Moscow Inst. for High Temp., Russia): Effects of consciousness on the structure of water.
S.E. Shnoll (Moscow State Univ., Russia): Macroscopic fluctuations in processes of different nature as a result of cosmophysical (cosmogonic) causes. Possible heterogeneity (discretness) of space-time.
R. Sheldrake (UK): The unexplained powers of animals.
R. van Wijk (Univ. Utrecht, Netherlands): Biophotons and biocommunication.
R. van Veen (Shell/Techn. Univ. Eindhoven, Netherlands): The status of cold fusion.
John Walker (Fourmilab, Switzerland): An attempt to replicate the Shnoll effect
V.E. Zhvirblis (Russia): Does 'Galvani current' exist? - about physical vacuum influence on macrofluctuations in physical and biological objects.

The earlier announced video interview with Prof. H.B.G. Casimir could not be recorded due to his death on May 4 of this year.
