Interactions Without Enshrining Consciousness

A simple model is presented for certain anomalous interactions including Radin's recent two-slit optical experiments. The model does not contradict existing quantum theories, and is based on the time symmetry of paths of potential influence. Human consciousness, Mind, Self are shown to play a non-central role, and do not require or possess magical qualities.
