Single Booth Includes: 6’ table (1), chairs (2), exhibitor name badges (2), tablecloth, trashcan, WIFI, visibility on the SSE website (logo, website link, contact info, and business description), one year Associate membership in SSE.
Booth Exclusions: Electricity is not available; No music or sound; No candles, incense, or flashing lights; No wall hangings.
Double Booth Spaces are adjacent to each other and include 6’ tables (2), chairs (4), exhibitor name badges (4), tablecloth, trashcan, WIFI, visibility on the SSE website (logo, website link, contact info, and business description), one year Associate membership in SSE.

Conference Registration, Banquet and Workshop are available for separate purchase at SSE member pricing. Once your booth registration is approved, you may register for the conference.
We expect your vendor table to be staffed during open hours. If the table needs to be left completely un-attended, please keep it to an hour or less. You may bring an extra person to assist at your vendor table.
No music or sound; No candles, incense, or flashing lights; No wall hangings.
You may purchase a registration ticket separately for conference events, which is designated with a Conference Name Badge. This Conference Name Badge may be shared (alternated) with the person who assists staffing your booth. (Extra events not covered in the conference registration include Saturday Banquet and Workshops. They may be purchased separately when registering for conference attendance.)

SSE has reserved a block of rooms at special conference rates starting at $179 per night. This rate is available until May 21, 2026 or until our block is sold out, so reserve now!
You may also reserve by calling 720-887-1177, select the option for reservations and booking into the SSE Conference 2026 Attendee Room Block.
ITEMS SHIPPED AND STORED AT HOTEL WILL BE AT VENDOR’S EXPENSE.
Exhibitor must be a registered hotel guest to ship to the hotel.

Written cancellations received Ninety (90) days or more prior to the event a full refund will be given less a $100.00 processing fee. Sixty (60) days to eighty-nine days (89) days prior to the event, a fifty (50) percent refund. Fifty-Nine (59) days or fewer prior to the event there is no refund. No-shows are not refundable.
If SSE determines it to be impractical or inadvisable to hold the event for any reason, including terrorism, acts of war, or other events commonly categorized as force majeure, SSE shall have the right to cancel the event. Written request for refunds or to transfer funds to the next show will be honored for a 100% refund in the event SSE cancels the event. If SSE changes the venue thirty (30) days or less before the event all written requests for a 100% refund will be honored.
Refunds refer to the amount of money SSE received from your company for purchasing booth space.
