Synopsis:

This presentation provides an overview of several ongoing major research and applied remote-viewing initiatives that integrate advanced artificial intelligence systems developed by Enigmatic Technologies. We will outline how these tools support our current complex, large-scale projects, from initial design through automated and human-guided analysis, improving methodological rigor, reducing bias, and enabling deeper evaluation across multiple modalities.

These ongoing projects include a BIAL-funded study examining virtual-reality immersion, feedback timing, monitoring conditions, and target-type effects in lucid dreaming and remote-viewing performance; an Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) stock-trading project utilizing AI-supported judging and decision-making algorithms; and a comprehensive assessment of displacement effects across a large multi-year remote-viewing dataset. We will also summarize AI-assisted analysis of a high-profile UFO/UAP remote-viewing project. Another grant funded project involves analyzing thousands of completed remote-viewing sessions on a popular RV forum, to test scoring accuracy, identify traits of top viewers, and assess how RV practice influences participants, using large-scale modeling not previously possible.

The presentation concludes with practical guidance on programming AI for success, combining human intuition with machine evaluation, and applying these integrated tools to scientific research, operational applications, and real-world problem-solving.

Biographies:

Cindy Miller, PhD, is the founder of Enigmatic Technologies, LLC, a scientific and management consulting firm integrating non-local modalities with advanced analytical methods. She holds graduate degrees in mathematics, engineering management, and systems engineering, along with additional graduate work in international relations. Her scientific background spans sensor systems, high-energy physics, dynamical systems, modeling and simulation, quantum theory, and artificial intelligence. A long-time leader within the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA), she has served as Treasurer, President, and Chief Operating Officer of prominent nonprofit organizations focused on science, consciousness, and global engagement. Her website is: enigmatictechnologies.dev.

Debra Lynne Katz, PhD, is a parapsychologist, researcher, and former President of the International Remote Viewing Association. She is founder and director of the International School of Clairvoyance, established in 2005, and is widely recognized for her contributions to remote viewing and psychic development. Her books include The Complete Clairvoyant: A Trilogy, You Are Psychic, Extraordinary Psychic, Freeing the Genie Within, and Associative Remote Viewing.
